BC-TestTec EM 9920 - EM 99100

Electro mechanic testing machine 20 kN mounted on a steel frame. Here presented with a PC-control unit. High-quality testing machine for tensile-, compression-, bending-, shearing-tests and lots more. Revoluting precision-mechanic by 2 double playless sliding carriages in combination with ground and hardened linear guidances. Working tableau monted ergonomically right hand Software and electronic displacement limits. Execution softline made of tooling machine profiles. Huge tool package for every testing purpose available. The machine’s concept is done for a long life operation. Adaptors for eventually existing tools are available.

Details:

Generous dimensioned driving sleigh on double playless driving carriages in linear guidance. Cable sliding device driving with the driving sleigh for a low wear work of the machine.

Resistance against bending-forces:

By a strong dimensioned linear guidance, well known from heavy milling machines, where a vibrationless and a high strength is required do we guarantee for a high-precision mechanic and a very low axial bending load on the threaded spindles and the bearings. By these features a very long machine life can be assumed, specially by the load-frame with the electric drive unit.


Load and displacement measuring system

We fit our machines generally with load transducers of the leading german manufacturers. The displacement measuring system is consisting of a incremental rotation transducer directly flanged onto the motor axis. By top modern load transmission elements we reach a repeatability after 5000 reverses of 0,02 mm. In a lot of cases it is therefore possible to save the use of direct deformation measuring systems on the sample

Safety in use:

The clamping and the other testing-devices are protected by end-switches inegrated into the aluminium profile. Those end-switches are complemented by software based end-switches.
